Sgt. at Arms // Adam Frederking

Adam has been a member of the Rogers Fire Department for over 10 years and currently holds the position of Captain. He is one of the founding members of the Natural F.O.O.L.S. and has served in the position of Sgt. at Arms / Armourer for over 4 years.

Secretary // Matt Swanson

Matt has been in the Fire Service since 2011. After serving in the volunteer capacity for several years, he started at his first career department in 2014. He currently serves in the position of Battalion Chief on “C” Shift at the Centerton (AR) Fire Department. Matt rode on the truck for several years but after obtaining his Paramedic in 2019 he has been assigned to an engine and has since fallen in love with engine work.

“Dude. Engine work is Gods work. When we out there flowin’ water and one of your ol’ buds puts on a Creed CD it’s like Jesus Christ is riding shotgun in your convertible rippin’ down route sixty six.”

Training Trustee // Nathan Maxwell

Nathan has been a member of Centerton Fire Department for over 10 years and currently holds the position of Battalion Chief and Paramedic. He has had the privilege of learning from some of the best when it comes to technical rescue, advanced/heavy vehicle extrication and hazmat response. Nathan has worked the majority of his fires with minimal staffing and apparatus which is why he preaches training the basics and training them often. He believes no one is above sweating with their brothers and that no real brother would ever withhold knowledge or training that could save lives.

Treasurer // Adam Stauber

Adam Stauber is a Captain/Paramedic for Beaver Lake Fire department. His given nickname (Stauber) can be used as a noun, verb or even adjective. Stauber started his fire service career in Central Arkansas before migrating to Northwest Arkansas. Although Stauber is a Captain, he can be found routinely geeking out over anything be it a pump panel or talking about big water. Even though Stauber is an engine guy, due to his department’s size he really takes pride in being a jack of all trades.
